Having grown up in Massachusetts, Phil moved to Maine in 1979, living on Lake Richardson. He found his trade passion for the building when he began working on surrounding cottages in the spring of 1980, by opening and closing seasonal homes. After that, he started working for a foundation company to learn about other trades that go into new construction. In 1982, he became a snow bird having moved to Florida for a year, and started building new construction. After building his first home, he moved back to Maine and worked for a reputable building company, RP Morrison Builders, in Portland, ME for 5 years. It was during these five years that Phil honed his trade skills and expertise, often taking on the most challenging of jobs he knew would excel his career. In 1986, he started his own construction company, P.G. Cincotta Builders, Inc. Specializing in custom home new construction and renovations, in and around greater Portland, he ran this successful business for 35 years. In 2018, he transitioned the company into what now is Northeast Construction & Property Management, LLC. 

Phil has been in the trade business for over 41 years. His passion runs deep and has brought his career to encapsulate many accomplishments over the years. He prides himself on small business authenticity, having given him a strong reputation amongst industry experts and referrals.
